Accounts Department

Current Practice Fees April 2016

Our Accounts Department is open daily from Monday to Friday. Their direct number is 01534 713694. If you ring this number out of hours, you should be transferred automatically to our reception team.


All consultations and tests need to be paid directly after your consultations at the Practice. Our cash desk is in Reception by the front door.  If you cannot pay on the day you see your Doctor, an administration fee of £5 will be added to your account, as we need to cover our costs of sending out an invoice to your home address. All new patients who have not been with the Practice for 12 months will be asked  to pay on the day.

You will be asked to sign a schedule which provides the Social Services Department evidence that you have attended the surgery.

Private Health Insurance

We ask that all patients with private health insurance pay Cleveland Clinic for all treatment on the day and then apply for reimbursement from your insurance company direct.


Please note that all repeat prescriptions are charged at £2 per month's supply and £6 per script if posted or faxed.


Please note that as from April 2011, visitors from the UK will receive free treatment at the General Hospital but will have to pay for all other health services when being treated in Jersey.

All Patients visiting Jersey from the UK and wish to see a Doctor at this practice will be charged for both their consultation and for any other treatment or documentation required.
